Taiwan may take the European Union to court for liquid crystal display (LCD) tariff dispute. If so, it will be the first time the country has initiated lawsuits at the World Trade Organization.

歐洲聯盟課徵十九吋以上液晶顯示器（ LCD）進口關稅，台灣嚴肅考慮訴諸世界貿易組織（ WTO）的爭端解決機制，全案很可能演變成為台灣入會後，第一個主動提起的貿易訴訟案例。
